Membership Qualifications
The Portland Flower Market operates on a membership-only basis and we are not open for public shopping. In order to qualify for a Buyers Pass a business must be able to show active registration with one of the following:
- Business Registered With:
- We will also accept a copy of a City Business License, an Agricultural License, or Last Year’s business tax return

Membership Levels
Business to Business Membership
Any company not identified as a Horticulture/Flower Trade Member or a Club/Non-Profit
- $125 – membership, 3 Buyers Passes included in membership
- Add an additional buyer for $50
Horticultural/ Trade Membership
Floral/Horticultural professionals, floral studios or event florist as indicated by their physical retail locations or the company’s website. All Horticultural businesses start out as Business to Business for the first year and must meet the requirements below:
- Be a Member for at least one year under Business to Business membership
- Have an open floral/plant storefront and/or have an active floral/plant website
- In order to maintain the Horticulture/Flower Trade Membership the account must be kept current and the business must spend $5,000 a year across the Portland Flower Market
- $50 – membership, first 3 Buyers Passes included, $15 for each additional Buyers Pass (unlimited)
Club/Nonprofit Membership
- Limited shopping hours M, W, Th 10am-1pm; Tue 10am-Noon; Fri 5:30am-1pm
- $175 – membership, first 3 Buyers Passes included in membership.
- Add an additional buyer for $50
Day Pass
- Must show business registration with state the business operates in
- Fill out Buyer’s Pass application
- $25 per day/per person present in the market
